(3) How to adjust contrast
The contrast (brightness) of the display can be adjusted. It is factory-adjusted to "0."
・Press Button Ⓑ to show the Time/Calendar mode.
① Press and hold Button Ⓓ to activate the Time/Calendar Setting function.""DST"
appears in the top row, and flashing "on" or "off" is shown in the bottom row.
② Press Button Ⓑ repeatedly to show the contrast adjustment display (CONT).
③ Press Button Ⓒ or Ⓔ to adjust the contrast.

④ After the contrast adjustment is completed, press Button Ⓓ to return to the
Time/Calendar display. If the watch is left untouched with the digit flashing, the
display automatically returns to the Time/Calendar in 2 to 3 minutes.
