※Atmospheric pressure changes as altitude changes. Atmospheric pressure tendency cannot be
measured accurately when significant changes in altitude occur such as when you are ascending and
descending a mountain. When using the atmospheric pressure tendency graph, stay for sometime at
a place such as a mountaineering lodge to avoid altitude change.
※When atmospheric pressure is decreasing, the weather will change for the worse (Ex. 1), and when it
is increasing, the weather will improve (Ex. 2).
※If atmospheric pressure changes significantly due to a significant change in altitude, rapid change of
weather and/or temperature, a part of the atmospheric pressure data may deviate from the display
range of the graph (Ex. 3).

(3) How to restart measurement
・Atmospheric pressure/temperature measurement
is started when the Barometer/Thermometer mode
is shown, and the measurement results are kept
displayed for 30 seconds before "- - - -" is displayed.
・To restart measurement, press Button Ⓔ.
※ M easurements obtained through this procedure are not reflected in the
atmospheric pressure tendency graph.
