3-9 CARRIAGE BELT REPLACEMENT

It is neccesary to move the head from the capping position in procedure 5 to 17 . Therefore,
finish this procedure as quickly as possible to prevent the heads from drying out. Otherwise,
the heads may break because of the dried ink which causes the nozzle clogging.
Turn off the Printer Main Power SW and the Dryer Main

Power SW.
Remove the following Covers.

Front Cover
Left Cover
Panel Cover
Knob
The Flexible Cable is connected on the back
side of the Panel Board.
