4-4 HEAD ALIGNMENT

HEAD ALIGNMENT is necessary to obtain the good printing quality.
Be sure to operate HEAD ALIGNMENT when HEAD is replaced.
If the heads are not aligned, printing problems such as banding, fine lines and gap between bands
could occur.
Remove Right I/S Cover.

Remove Carriage Cover.

Turn on SUB POWER SW while pressing [

keys to enter SERVICE MODE.
Set PET-G media to the machine.

There is the reference line on Platen Plate for setting short
rolled medias. In this case, it is necessary to fit the right end
of the media with this reference line.
