Replace with a new Carriage Belt.

When fixing a new Carriage Belt, see from the
hole on the rear of the machine to check the
Belt is not twisted.
Put adequate quantity of grease ( FLOIL G-902) between
Pulleys.
Tighten the screws shown in the figure to fix both edges

of the Carriage Belt to the Belt Holder.
When fixing the Carriage Belt, pull it until the 5
teeth comes over the other plate.
Fix the Carriage Belt to the fixed plate with a
margin.
