This menu displays the real-time status of all sensors.
When a sensor is ON, * will be displayed.
The first page shows all sensors ON/OFF.
Each alphabet stands for as follows.
R : Paper Sensor Rear
H : Limit Sensor
C : Front Cover Sensor
P : Maintenance Cover R Sensor
L : Pinch Lever Sensor
W : Paper Side Sensor
S : Ink Cover Sensor
U : Head Up/Down Sensor
This menu is for Thermistor Checking. You can check the temperature for following thermistors.
HEAD1-6 : located at print head boards, BOARD : located at Head Board, BOT : located under BED.
Left digits for Fahrenheit, right digits for Celsius.
[HEAD] and [BOARD] may show higher temperature than the ambient of the usage environment, due to heated devices on Head Board.
Check if any big difference displayed comparing to the ambient. The temperature of [HEAD] and [BOARD] may not be identical.

This menu is to input Serial number of the machine consisting of seven digits. [

This menu is to change Ink Type. Different from the process in user menu, Head Wash or Ink Fill will not be required.
This process should be made for curing purpose e.g. wrong ink type installed.
When you change Ink Type, ink system will be initiallized internally, then, returns un-setup getting out of menu.

Before performing Fill Ink, following message will show up to prevent drain from flowing out.

DRAIN BOTTLE
If you press [ENTER] key, HEAD WASH starts on the selected HEAD.
If you press [ENTER] key while none of HEAD number selected, HEAD WASH will not run, and a message to select storing method will show up.
After HEAD WASH completed, print heads will be capped, then goes to STORAGE stage.
CANCEL : STORAGE is not done, and HEAD WASH will be completed.
SET
: Go to STORAGE. Print head carriage goes in standby state. Then, cover cap tops with film.
COVER CAP
WITH FILM
After covering film, press [ENTER] key. Print heads will be capped and become standby state.
After confirming standby state, replace cartridges with dummy cartridges.
SET DUMMY
CARTRIDGE
After inserting dummy cartridges, press [ENTER] key. Set the supply pump opened, then go back to HEAD selecting in HEAD WASH menu.
Make sure dummy cartridges are inserted firmly. Maintenance liquid may flow out.
