In the Local Controller start the maintenance mode and
select Change loop function.
OR
In the Agilent Lab Advisor software select Service &
Diagnostics in the system screen Maintenance
Positions > Change loop, click Start and wait until the
needle assembly is in maintenance position.

Open the front door.

Sharp needle
Uncovered needles may cause injuries

Do not touch the tip of the needle.

Remove the safety cover.

Exchange the Sample Loop Assembly

Unscrew the safety cover screw.

Check if the needle is in maintenance position.
