Is the Drum Cartridge installed properly, with no foreign

TONER CARTRIDGE and the CONNECTOR ASSY-CRUM

Check the TONER CARTRIDGE
2 Is the TONER CARTRIDGE, which is installed in the
device, a genuine product?
Check the CRUM part of the TONER CARTRIDGE
3 Is the connection terminal of the CRUM part in the TONER
CARTRIDGE damaged?
Check the CONNECTOR ASSY-CRUM TONER
4 Is the connection terminal of the CONNECTOR ASSY-
CRUM TONER damaged?
Check connector connection
Check the connection between the CONNECTOR ASSY,
