6.5.8.2 Single Step

Single Step allows you to collect Device Descriptor from the device of the specified address in a single step.
Procedure
1 Enter the CE mode. (See "6.4.2 How to Enter the CE Mode".)
2 Confirm that [Printer Diag] is selected, and then press the [OK] button.
3 Confirm that [ESS Diag] is selected, and then press the [OK] button.

4 Use the [ ] button to select [USB Host Test], and then select the [OK] button.

5 Use the [ ] button to select [Single Step], and then press the [OK] button.

6 Specify the device address. (Available addresses are 0 through 127.)
• Use the [ ] or [ ] button to move the cursor to left or right.
Keeps the DownStream port of the Host Controller in the J state.
Keeps the DownStream port of the Host Controller in the K state.
Keeps the DownStream port of the Host Controller in the SE0 state.
Repeatedly sends the test packet form the DownStream port of the
Host Controller
Forcefully changes the DownStream port of the Host Controller to
[ENABLE].
