Before lifting or moving the router, disconnect all external cables.
To lift routing devices and components, use the following lifting guidelines:
Up to 39.7 lbs (18 kg) 1 person lift.
39.7 lbs (18 kg) to 70.5 lbs (32 kg) 2 or more person lift.
70.5 lbs (32 kg) to 121.2 lbs (55 kg) 3 or more person lift.
Above 121.2 lbs (55 kg) material handling systems (such as levers, slings, lifts and so on) must be used.
When this is not practical, specially-trained persons or systems must be used (riggers or movers).
As when lifting any heavy object, lift most of the weight with your legs rather than your back. Keep your
knees bent and your back relatively straight and avoid twisting your body as you lift. Balance the load
evenly and be sure that your footing is solid.
