Common settings
To print the list:

Press , [Mach Set],
MENU

Select "Copy Dept. List" and press [Enter].
The department code list for copy charge will be
printed.
Note: If department code operation is protected (see page 4.13), the machine beeps
briefly and then returns to standby mode. You will have to turn off the pro-
tection first, then repeat the above.
Clearing the department code list for copy
To clear the current total counts of each department code:

Press , [Mach Set],
MENU

Select "Copy Dept. List" and press [Enter].

Use the numeric keypad to enter the depart-
ment code you want to erase the current total
counts. Then press [Enter].
Note: If you've selected department ID for
department mode, enter the depart-
ment ID instead of department code.
Note: If you want to erase the data for all department codes, press
[EraseAll].

Press [Yes].
The total copy charge and total printed pages for each department code are cleared.
The department code will not be erased.
