LOW VOLTAGE DETECTOR CONTROL REGISTER (LVDCON)

LVDCON.0 is used flag bit to indicate low battery in IR application or others. When LVD circuit detects
LVD_FLAG, LVDCON.0 flag bit is set automatically. The reset value of LVDCON is #00H.
