1. Attempt to reboot the system in
service mode to preserve the AIX
error log. If the reboot fails, attempt
to reboot from CD-ROM. If the
reboot is successful, run diagnostics
in problem determination mode to
determine the cause of the failure.
Otherwise, continue.

processor card if only one processor
card exists) and see if the problem
is resolved. If problem is resolved,
replace processor card. If not,
continue.
