When the PID output shutoff release level is reached during a deceleration stop, output shutoff is
released, operation is re-accelerated and PID control is continued. During deceleration Pr. 576
"Output interruption detection level" is invalid.
The stirring function during the PID sleep prevents clogging of the pump while the SLEEP function

The PID sleep boost function maintains the sleep state for a long period of time.

Integral stop selection at limited frequency (Pr. 1015)
The operation for the integral term can be selected when the frequency is restricted by the upper/
lower limit, or the manipulated amount is limited to ±100% during PID control.
The operation during output shutoff can be selected for the integral term using the PID output sus-
pension function (SLEEP function).
