This test ensures the functionality of the LEDs on all circuit packs as

well as on the user panel. The PWR ON LED on the user panel and

the fan unit LEDs are not affected by the LED test. The test should be

carried out for each installed NE.

Push the LED TEST button on the user panel to test the circuit pack

and user panel LEDs.

Result:

The following should happen:

The LEDs on the user panel (except the PWR ON LED)

turn on for 2 seconds and then off for 2 seconds three times

in sequence.

The LEDs on the circuit packs turn on for 2 seconds and

then off for 2 seconds three times in sequence.
