Requirement: The PWR ON LEDs on the user panel and fan unit
must be lit.

Switch the right circuit breaker of the subrack to the OFF (= 0)

position.
Requirement: The PWR ON LEDs on the user panel and fan unit are
extinguished.
............................................................................................................................................................
Repeat Steps 3 and 4 with the left circuit breaker of the subrack.

Switch both circuit breakers of the subrack to the ON (= 1) position.
