0 = Permanent access (default)
1-86400 = Seconds as entered

If either an RW or an RO password
has been set, this sets the aggregate
dial-up link's activity timeout period.
0= immediate timeout

OFF Default and maintains simplex
mode of operation. Backup mode
cannot be used. Only displayed if
TDM card is installed.
Retains backup/fallback operation but
requires full-duplex carrier. Use only
