4.11.3 Configuration

With a TDM framer card fitted, the user has the option to operate some data ports in TDM mode and
some in standard V100 packetised mode. On the DATA menu, the only configuration needed is therefore
to select "TDM" mode for the relevant channels on the "Data Configuration" menu and to ensure the
format is set to "SYNC". In the example below, the TDM tributaries generate clocks from their PLLs, which
are referenced to the GRX bus:
