Activating Network Address Translation (NAT)

This chapter describes how to activate Network Address Translation
( NAT) for your WAN partner. This conceals your whole network to the out-
side world with just one IP address. You should certainly do this for your con-
nection to the Internet Service Provider (ISP).
More information about Network Address Translation (NAT) can be found in
chapter 9.2.7, page 314.
Proceed as follows to activate NAT:
Go to IP N
ETWORK
The following menu opens:
X4x00 Setup Tool
[IP][NAT]: NAT Configuration
Select IP Interface to be configured for NAT

EXIT
Press <Ctrl-n>, <Ctrl-p> to scroll, <Return> to edit/select
