LED101 (Green) Not Used. Normally remains off.
LED102 (Red) Flashes while BCU operating to monitor operation of BCU.

LED101 (Red) Blinks Slowly: During data download from SD card.
Blinks Rapidly: When data download from SD card fails.

Blinks Slowly: During data download from SD card.
