Maintenance Processes

The maintenance processes listed below are only to be completed at the instruction of a
certified Neopost Service Technician.
Check that your Mailing System is connected to a LAN before starting these maintenance
operations.
Log in as the Supervisor then (see

Withdrawing the Postage Meter
- Removing the Postage Meter from service.
2.
Swaping the Postage Meter
- Installating a new Postage Meter into your Mailing System. Your old Postage
Meter must have already been withdrawn.
3.
Registration Update
- This procedure is used if you have changed your Postal Code.
- Please contact our Customer Service Centre to change your contact information.
