Additional Reports available with the Advanced Reporting
Feature
When activated, the Advanced Reporting Feature includes the following reporting
capabilities:
• Budget Consumption: Displays the amount of postage used for of all Accounts with
a selected time period. Time periods can be the current Budget period or the previous
Budget period.

• Operator Activity: Provides details on the activity of all of your Operators within a
selected time period. Details include the number of items processed and the total
postage used.
• Postal Class: Provides details on the usage per Customer Postal Class within a
selected time period.
• Machine Activity: Provides details on the activity of your Mailing System within a
selected time period.Time periods for this report are displayed in hours.
Budget Consumption Report
Displays the amount of postage used for of all Accounts within a selected time period. Time
periods can be the current Budget period or the previous Budget period.
Report Requirements
• To generate this report, you must be logged into your system as the Supervisor.
