Budget Period
Period [Begin Date-End Date]
For each Group/Subgroup in your system,
the report displays:
• Group or Subgroup Name, and the
postage used by each Account within
the Group/Subgroup:
- Account Number
- Account Name
- Budget
- Remaining available postage
(= budget – total Postage used – total
Surcharge)
Operator Activity Report
This report provides details on the activity of all of your Operators within a selected time
period. Details include the number of items processed and the total postage used.
Report Requirements
• To generate this report, you must: Log in as the Supervisor
• The Accounts with Access Control must be activated
• You must select the Begin Date and the End Date of the report
If you do not specify these dates, your system will set the dates to the Default Settings
which are:
• Begin Date= 1st day of current month
• End Date= Current date
Comments
If an Account does not have a Budget, the
Budget and remaining Budget Fields will
been display a zero value.
