Turning On Your System and Starting a Job Run
Turning on your system automatically starts a job set up using your Default System Settings.
Depending on the Default System Settings you choose:
• Access to your system may be open to all Users
• You may have to enter a security PIN Code before you can set up a Job Run and/

or process your mail
• You may have to select an Account before you can set up a Job Run and/or process
your mail

How to log in and Start a Job Run

To log in as a User:
1.
Ensure the system is powered up.

Press
The system will display one of the following screens:
- Home Screen [Standard]
- Login Screen
- Account Screen.
Home Screen [Standard]: If this Screen appears, no other actions are required to start
processing mail. Be sure to check that the Default System Settings meet the set up
requirements of your job run.
Login Screen: If the Login Screen appears, entry of an Operator PIN Code is required.
Account Screen: If the Account Screen appears, select the Account you wish to allocate
your postage costs to by completing the following steps.
- Use the up and down arrows (use double arrows to scroll lists) to select an account,
then press [OK] to accept your selection.
- You can also use a Barcode Scanner to choose your Account.
