Disconnect P6 from J6 on the switch regulator assembly (power supply).
9.
Cut all cable ties securing the drive motor assembly connector cable to the printer.
10. Using a Phillips screw driver, remove the four screws securing the drive
motor assembly.
11. Carefully remove the drive motor assembly from the printer.
Replacement
1.
Reverse previous procedures to replace.
2.
Re-adjust the lower tensioner after the timing belt has been re-installed.
3.
Install AC power cord and turn printer on.
4.
Print a configuration test label to verify the printer is working correctly.
5.
Re-install printer cover (see page 7–4).
NOTE: It may necessary to perform the platen adjustment after the
