Printhead Alignment Adjustment
NOTE: Printhead pressure must be released in order to make static

Verify that the printhead floats evenly.

Print a batch of test labels.

Observe print quality. Bar code contrast must be even.

To obtain even print quality, loosen the printhead (alignment) retainer screws.

Turn the printhead alignment screws counter clockwise to move the
printhead forward. or clockwise to move the printhead backward.
6.
Repeat Step 5 until the print quality is acceptable.
7.
If the print quality is still not acceptable, check the media tracking.
NOTE: To minimize trailing jagged edges, always start with the printhead as
