Accounting

You can keep track of your print jobs by using the accounting function. There
are two ways of using accounting:
Via the optional 'Machine Monitor' as described in a separate manual.
Via the RS232 output port as described in this section.
The RS232 output port on the right panel of the printer display sends
accounting data. To use these data you need to connect a PC to the port and
write your own computer application that reads ASCII data.
Océ may supply a demonstration application.
Note:
A line of ASCII text is sent to the RS232 port (connected to the PC) after each
job. The structure of the data is as follows.
