Open the lower door.

Squeeze the two knobs of the upper plate and lower the plate (see figure 134).

Remove any jammed copies.

If it is not possible to remove the jammed copy:
Loosen the knurled nuts and remove the plate (see figure 135).

Remove any jammed copies.

Replace the plate and tighten the knurled nuts.

Close the lower door.

Open the front door.

Remove the waste tray by tilting it and get it out (see figure 136).
