4.3 Station Features and Operation

UCD Monitor Mode

Allows the extension user specified as the Supervisor Extension to monitor the number of
calls put in the waiting queue.
Setting

Canceling

SP-PHONE/MONITOR.
Conditions
• Any extension user (whether a member of the UCD Group or not) can be specified as
the Supervisor extension for a UCD Group by System Programming.
• With the KX-T7431, KX-T7433, KX-T7436 or KX-T7235, you can execute this feature
using the display operation.
