NOTE 3: When clock source office signal is supplied via the line between the main site and the
remote site, set the SW1-1 and SW1-2 as the following table. In this case, DAIA cards
(DAIA0, DAIA1) must be mounted in PIM0.

is provided.

NOTE 4: The time slot number 0, 20, 21, and 22 (TS0/20/21/22) cannot be used for control sig-
nal.
NOTE 5: This setting must be identical with the opposite DAIB card.

REMARKS
The clock signal is
sent to PLO0 of MP
card via supply route
0 (DAIA0).
The clock signal sup-
ply route is automati-
cally changed to the
route 1 (DAIA1), if a
transmission line fail-
ure occurs on the
supply route 0.
