Syntax
display packet-drop summary [ | { begin | exclude | include } regular-expression ]

1: Monitor level
Parameters
|: Filters command output by specifying a regular expression. For more information about regular
expressions, see Fundamentals Configuration Guide.
begin: Displays the first line that matches the specified regular expression and all lines that follow.
exclude: Displays all lines that do not match the specified regular expression.
include: Displays all lines that match the specified regular expression.
regular-expression: Specifies a regular expression, a case-sensitive string of 1 to 256 characters.
Description
Use display packet-drop summary to display summary information about dropped packets on all
interfaces.
Examples
# Display information about dropped packets on all interfaces.
<Sysname> display packet-drop summary
All interfaces:
Packets dropped by GBP full or insufficient bandwidth: 301
Packets dropped by FFP: 261
Packets dropped by STP non-forwarding state: 321

Packets that are dropped because the buffer is used up or
the bandwidth is insufficient.
Packets that are filtered out.
Packets that are dropped because STP is in the
non-forwarding state.
