An extension
number can be three or four digits.
An extension
name can be up to 16 characters including letters,
numbers and special characters (except ", *, 1, -), and the first digit
should be a letter.
A department
can be up to eight characters including letters,
numbers and special characters (except ", *, /, -), and the first digit
should be a letter.

Make sure not to leave a space within a sub command.
For example,
if you enter: SET 1 OOO/James/Sales ~1 OOl/James/
Div 4, an error message appears on the screen and you cannot
change the data.
In this case use special characters such as "-" to separate words as
"Div4.".
Usage of Wild Card Character
One character tiD can be used as a wild card character which
substitute any
character
in that position.
The wild card character cannot be used for sub parameters
of new
data.
