In the event of trouble, you can get information in the procedures described below:
IMPORTANT:
You can perform the procedures described below only when you are asked by your
maintenance personnel to get trouble logs.
When the system restarts after the trouble, it may show a message that there is a shortage
of virtual memory. However, continue the system startup. If you reset and restart the
system, you cannot get correct information.
