Collecting Failure Information
If the server fails, you can collect failure information by using the following method.
The failure information is to be collected only at the request of your sales representative.
7.1
Collection of Collect Logs
When you collect NEC ESMPRO Agent collect logs, log in to the log server on which NEC ESMPRO Agent is
installed as the root user and run the following command.
# cd /opt/nec/esmpro_sa/tools/
# ./collectsa.sh
The collected data is created in the following file.
/opt/nec/esmpro sa/tools/collectsa.tgz

Important
When the system restarts after a failure has occurred, a message may appear
indicating virtual memory shortage. Ignore this message and proceed with
starting the system. Restarting the system may result in an inability to
properly dump the data.
Note
It may take certain period of time to create collectsa.tgz file.
