Most of the lists and reports can be found in this section, however, you
may also need to refer to another chapter for further information.
Activity Report
This report prints a list of the previous 40 transactions on your unit.
Activity Management Report (1 p. 12-6)
This report prints the sending and receiving transactions separately.
Department Access Code Report (1 p. 12-6)
This report prints transactions by department access code.
Memory Box Report
This report prints when your unit receives a document in a memory box.
Memory Lists
Confidential Mailbox List (1 p. 12-12)
This list prints all confidential mailboxes registered in your unit.
Document Memory List (1 p. 12-13)
This list prints details of all documents currently stored in memory.
Memory Clear Report (1 pp. 12-15, 13-21)
This report prints when power is restored after a power cut of more
than three hours. It shows a list of the transactions deleted from
memory.
Received Memory Box List (1 pp. 6-40, 12-14)
This list prints all documents currently received and held in memory
boxes.
Multi-Transaction (TX/RX) Report
This report prints if the transmission was a sequential broadcast.
Reception (RX) Reports
Confidential RX Report (1 pp. 8-19, 12-11)
This report prints when the unit receives a confidential document.
Error RX Report (1 p. 12-10)
This report prints every time an error occurs during document
receiving.
