Adding Pages to the Document in the Automatic
Document Feeder (ADF)
The unit's Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) can hold up to 50 A5 or
A4-size pages, or 20 A3-size pages at a time. If your document has more
pages than this, you can add pages while the unit is scanning. However,
you should avoid adding pages to prevent document jams or several
pages being fed together.
1.
Wait until the last sheet in the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF)
starts feeding.
2.
Gently insert up to 50 additional sheets (or 20 for A3 size) in the
Automatic Document Feeder (ADF).

Wait until all pages of your document have been scanned completely
before starting a new job.
