Here are some important points you should keep in mind when using
one-touch speed dialling:
To locate and press the correct button, you may have to open the
one-touch speed dialling panels.
The unit will not dial the number registered for the one-touch speed
dialling button until you set the document on the unit for sending. If
you press the button before you load the document, the unit will
prompt you:

If you press a one-touch speed dialling button where no number has
been registered, the unit tells you:

If you want to cancel a transmission after you press a one-touch
speed dialling button, press the Stop button.
You can use one-touch speed dialling when you come to a step in any
procedure where you have to enter a number.

When you register a number for one-touch speed dialling, you have the
option to set a time for the document to be sent. You can specify up to
five different sending times within a 24-hour period. You can also check
the preset time registered for any speed dialling button.
