Speed Dialling
If you want to return to standby mode during any operation,
press Stop.
In order to remember the numbers you have registered under
the one-touch speed dialling buttons, write the names on the
destination labels provided with your unit. Then stick each
label above the corresponding one-touch speed dialling
button.
If you have registered several one-touch speed dialling entries,
you may not be able to register up to 120 digits for the fax/
telephone number because the memory level may be low.
To use one-touch speed dialling, see "Using One-Touch Speed
Dialling". (1 p. 3-49)
You can see all numbers registered for one-touch speed
dialling by printing a list of registered entries. (1 p. 3-59)
If you have registered both fax and telephone numbers under
the one-touch speed dialling buttons, make sure you keep a
record of buttons with fax numbers registered and a record of
buttons with telephone numbers registered. If you mistakenly
press a button containing a telephone number instead of a fax
number, the unit will continually redial the other party in an
attempt to get a reply.
