Delete Button (1 p. 2-19)
During a step when you are registering a name, press this button to delete the
character you entered last. To delete numbers, move the cursor left (with the l button)
under the number you want to delete and press Delete.
Memory Box Button (1 pp. 6-37, 6-41)
Sets a document to be stored in a memory box, or opens a memory box so you can
print documents received in a memory box.
Memory Reception Button (1 pp. 6-10, 6-11)
Switches the unit in and out of the memory lock mode and allows you to print
received documents locked in memory. In memory lock mode, the unit stores all
documents it receives in memory.
Transfer Button (1 pp. 5-34, 5-35)
Switches the unit in and out of transfer mode. In transfer mode, the unit sends all
documents it receives to another fax unit at your home or another office.
l, r (Cursor) Buttons (1 p. 2-19)
Move the cursor left or right during data registration.
Space Button (1 p. 2-19)
Enters a space between letters and numbers in the LCD display when registering
information.
Memory Reference Button (1 p. 6-13)
Performs operations with documents currently stored in memory, including printing a
list of documents, printing a document, sending a document to another destination,
and deleting a document.
Report Button (1 Chapter 12)
Prints reports containing information registered in the unit.
Clear Button (1 p. 2-19)
Clears an entire entry when registering information. Has the same function as the
Clear button next to the numeric keypad.
Set Button (1 p. 2-18)
Selects a menu item or setting during data registration. Also used when sending a
document from the platen glass. Has the same function as the Set button below the
LCD display.
