Regardless of the order you used when dialling, the unit will send the
document to the locations you entered in this order: one-touch speed
dialling numbers, coded speed dialling numbers, then regular dial
numbers.
The document is automatically deleted from memory when
sequential broadcasting is completed.
You can select the sender's name with the TTI Selector button. If you
are sending your document from the Automatic Document Feeder
(ADF), select the sender name in step 2 (1 p. 4-48). If you are
sending your document from the platen glass, select the sender name
in step 3 (1 p. 4-48).
You can also use delayed sending with sequential broadcasting.

Batch sending does not operate with sequential broadcasting.

Printing the Multi TX Report

If you use sequential broadcasting frequently and you want to make sure
that all transactions are completed, you can print a Multi TX/RX report
to confirm that the document was sent to all destinations.
Follow these steps to print the Multi TX/RX report.
1.
Register the report function under the Program button.

Press Program before entering the destinations for sequential

Press F3 (YES) to print a report after transmission is completed.
