Sending a Document at a Preset Time with Other Functions
You can send documents at a preset time when using confidential
sending (1 p. 8-22), relay broadcasting (1 p. 7-14), sequential
broadcasting (1 p. 4-47) or when sending with a subaddress/password
(1 p. 4-58). Follow the procedure below.

During the procedure, open all three one-touch speed dialling
panels, then press Delayed Transmission.

Use the numeric keypad to enter the time you want to start

The current time is displayed.
If the current time is not set correctly, documents set for
delayed sending will not be sent at the correct time. Be sure to
register the correct time. (1 p. 2-22)
TX TIME SETTING

Enter the time in the 24-hour format (e.g. 1:00 p.m. as 13:00).
Enter all the numbers, including zeros.
If you make a mistake, press Clear and enter the time again.
You can also use F2 (l) or F3 (r) to move the cursor under
the digit you want to correct and enter the correct digit.
