Description
Specifies one or more authentication, authorization, and
accounting (AAA) methods for use on interfaces running
IEEE 802.1X.
Enables 802.1x globally.
Enables manual control of the authorization state of the
port
Enables periodic re-authentication of the client.
Sets the number of seconds between re-authentica-
tion attempts
.
Manually initiates a re-authentication of all 802.1X-
enabled ports or the specified 802.1X-enabled port.
Sets the number of seconds that the switch remains
in the quiet state following a failed authentication
exchange

Sets the number of seconds that the switch waits for
a response to an Extensible Authentication Protocol
(EAP) - request/identity frame, from the client,
before resending the request.

Authentication Protocol (EAP)-request frame to the

has the dot1x port-control interface configuration com-
mand set to auto.
