When the Test Results node is selected, any results that were previously published to the Application Catalog
regarding this package are displayed.
This list of messages can be filtered by All, Ran - No Error, Ran, or Resolved by making a selection from the
View list.

You can delete a package's local test results and, for packages in the Application Catalog, the test results
published to the Application Catalog.
