7 . Connect the hydraulic hoses to the
cylinder.
8. Start the hydraulic unit, operate the
hand valve and retract the cylinder
completely.
→ The air pockets on the floor side
are displaced.
9. Switch off the hydraulic unit, briefly
operate the hand lever and release
the pressure in the hose.
10. Remove hydraulic hoses from the
cylinder, couple to create a short-cir-
cuit connection, and rinse.
11. Connect the hydraulic hoses to the
cylinder.
12. Extend and retract the cylinder sev-
eral times in order to check the syn-
chronisation. If this is not guaran-
teed or the cylinder moves jerkily,
repeat the complete bleeding
procedure.
