a. Disconnect each power cord from the power source.
b. Disconnect each power cord from the server.
4.
Disconnect all peripheral cables from the server.
5.
Do one of the following:
•
Extend the server from the rack.
•
Remove the server from the rack.
6.
Remove the access panel.
7.
Remove the air baffle.
8.
Remove the 8-bay SFF drive box blank from box 1.
9.
Install the optical drive.
a. Remove the optical drive blank.
b. Install the optical drive into the cage.
