When paper runs out, the printer records the estimated remaining roll amount. Any discrepancy will be
used to make the estimated remaining roll amount more accurate the next time you load the same paper.
Important
• • If the type of paper is not selected correctly, the amount of roll paper left may not be estimated
correctly.
• • There is an error in the estimated amount of paper remaining, and it may be out of paper during
printing.
• • When using the paper which is not listed in "Paper Information List" set Paper thickness and Paper
core outer diameter under Advanced paper settings or Media Configuration Tool. To estimate the
remaining amount of paper, Paper thickness and Paper core outer diameter must be set correctly.
