12.6.2 ModbusTCP Master Setting

The registered Signal Name can be used to read or write values appropriate for the Signal Type of
the corresponding Signal Address.

In Setting > Network of the TP, select the Modbus Slave tab and tap the Add Modbus
Slave button.

Enter the IP address of the slave device and set the Port (default: 502).

Tap Add Signal and then set the Signal Type, Signal Address, and Signal Name.
Slave ID in ModbusTCP uses 255 by default. However, Slave ID can be modified (1-247)
according to user requirements (using the Slave ID function of the Slave device).

Tap the Confirm button.

12.6.3 Modbus RTU Master Setting

ModbusRTU Master function from Doosan Robotics allows the use of most functions previously
provided by ModbusTCP Master in the same capacity.
Note
The Modbus RTU function is provided through DRL.
DRL used for ModbusRTU Master only added add_modbus_rtu_signal().
Other DRLs are used in the same way, except for add_modbus_signal(), which is used to add
signals.
DRL( serial_get_count(), serial_get_info() ) are added to check serial port information.
For more detailed description about DRL, refer to the Programming Manual.

System Update
The current robot system version can be checked, and the system can be updated using an external
storage device.
12.7.1 Update
To update the system, follow these steps:

Connect the external storage device with the update file to the control box.
