Setting auto email notification
You can configure the machine to send emails to
notify you about the machine's status, such as when
paper has run out or a paper jam has occurred. This
is useful when managing multiple printers.
Monitoring, viewing/operating the control panel
screen
You can monitor the control panel of the machine
from your computer. An administrator can check
errors, operate the machine as a user, and change
settings, to smoothly perform support operations and
manage the machine.
Configuring/changing security/network settings
You can configure/change the IP address that can
access the machine and configure the settings of the
DNS server, and so on.
