Defining a New Audio Only Meeting Room

A Meeting Room is a conference reservation without allocated resources
whose default duration is set to 2 hours.
To define a New Meeting Room:
1.
Expand the MCU tree to display its options.
2.
Right-click the Meeting Rooms icon, and then click New Meeting
Room.
The Conference Properties dialog box opens.
3.
Define the parameters in the General and Settings tabs as described in
steps 3-10 in "Defining an On Going Audio Conference" on page 6-5.
4.
Click the Participants tab.
The Conference Properties - Participants tab is displayed.
