Next glue in the coaming for the front compan-
ionway parts 27 to 28 and the wheelhouse
parts 25 and 26.
The next step is to glue on the two halves of
upper deck 24.
Leave the deck on the building board so that
the deck cannot warp when the glue dries.
Before gluing you should check the exact fit of
the two parts and adjust them accordingly so
that the transition between the two deck parts
is as invisible as possible.
When gluing (with wood glue) make sure that
no glue gets on the top of the deck. If adhesive
does get onto the deck, immediately wipe off
with water. If adhesive dries on the surface,
there is a risk that staining will not be possible
or that spots will appear during varnishing.

The deck can be removed from the building
board after curing. Remove the tabs and sand
the edges. Insert the two missing coaming
parts at the companionway and wheelhouse.
Now the deck is ready.
Now attach part 72 to the companionway.
Bevel the edges so that the end of the super-
structure side part can be glued on.
In the next step first fit parts 50, 51 and 52
without glue.
